Our 1st AD; our showrunning hero and set leader. Strong presence very important. Tactful / respectful communication skills important.

Added note to consider. Please note if you have a teammate / 2nd AD or Key PA / Production Coordinator position you do well with who helps as your second eyes eras and hands for all around efficiency. Still haven’t chosen 2ND AD. Also open to an additional production coordinating position. Not necessary but something we’ll consider as we value a familiar working relationship’s efficiency.
