Major Responsibilities:
-
Produce long-form video content and oversee assigned projects through the full production cycle: pre-production, production, and post-production
-
Work directly with video editors to ensure assigned projects are edited in the right direction – providing all footage, graphics, and first round notes to editor before sending off final to Lead Video Producer

Pitch video ideas across all verticals for YouTube – fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and branded content
-
Line produce shoots and bring video concepts to life – from booking locations, models, video crew + production needs while keeping everything within the budget
-
Coordinate video needs with various departments: thumbnails, captions, social teasers, sponsorship inclusions, etc.

Develop video concepts before shoots – writing treatments + scripts and creating storyboards + shot lists
-
Coordinate with Influencer Relations team to ensure influencer-shot video assets are filmed correctly and delivered on time

Manage and maintain the YouTube calendar on a daily basis, providing updates to the Lead Video Producer
-
Publish YouTube videos – coordinating with Social team for copy delivery and scheduling
-
Coordinate and clearly communicate overall timelines, project deliverables, and resources related to production and shoots across all video projects
-
Assist in contracting videographers, editors, and relevant production needs for shoots
-
General administrative assistance to the Lead Video Producer
Required Competencies:
-
Deep understanding of the creative and logistical content production process, from conceptualization to production and post production
-
A strong creative eye to produce on-brand, engaging YouTube content with strong attention to detail
-
Strong ability to handle a budget and field produce video shoots to bring concepts to life
-
Prior experience in managing a crew on location for assigned video projects when needed
-
Highly self-motivated, with ability to effectively prioritize, manage, and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while meeting tight deadlines and multi-tasking
-
Outstanding organization and time management skills, exceptional attention to detail
-
Strong knowledge of REVOLVE, influencers, and the brands we carry
-
Strong knowledge of the YouTube content space and strategies
-
Curiosity to research new trends in video content
-
Experience in shooting and editing original social media content is a plus
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree and equivalent work experience required
-
2+ years of experience producing videos on a digital content team
-
2+ years of experience in project management
-
2+ years experience line producing and being on set
-
Familiar with working in Adobe Creative Suite – especially Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop
-
Strong experience and knowledge in producing and publishing compelling video content, particularly for YouTube
-
Strong knowledge of the YouTube space – from creators to what makes videos successful
-
Experience working with editors and graphic designers to finalize content
-
Strong communication skills
-
Strong eye for design + visual storytelling
-
High emotional intelligence – ability to give and receive constructive criticism
-
Ability to work on a small team, performing under pressure, and working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
-
3+ years of professional experience in producing videos on a digital content team preferably for a brand or entertainment client
-
2-3 years of experience producing videos for YouTube
-
Knowledge of YouTube content strategy is a plus
-
Strong knowledge and understanding of content production workflow – from development to post-production
-
Experience in running a set and managing crews on location when needed for assigned projects
-
Experience in creating and managing a budget for assigned projects
-
Ability to direct talent on set when needed
-
Knowledge of cameras, sound, lighting, and coloring is a plus
-
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite
-
Ability to apply graphic treatment when needed
-
Ability to shoot and edit long-form videos for YouTube is a plus
