Azzyland is a content production channel that creates content geared towards a young audience. All videos, no matter the topic, always include positive messaging that is geared towards love, kindness, and reinforces a positive sense of community and making everyone feel included. Azzy uses her experiences in gaming, cosplay, art and fashion to create a fun environment for all viewers. Azzyland is more than just a YouTube channel, it’s a community, a family.

Producer to oversee day-to-day operations across its channel. The position will require working directly with Azzy, ideating, writing and approving concepts and scripts, supervising writers, supervising production, analyzing analytics, and maintaining a consistent posting

schedule. The successful candidate will be proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities. Both on-set and field experience are required. You will be tasked with bringing the rigor of traditional production organization to a Creator based content company.

Executive Producer Role and Duties

● Report directly to CEO

● Develop creative for shows daily, cut through ideas, and get results

● Define creative and production processes, hire and manage a team, scale creative, and production by hiring

or contracting writers, editors, creative producers, etc

● Lead creative, production, and editorial team in business initiatives,

● Developing staff, and career development of internal production personnel, retention, reviews.

● Planning global schedules, shoot schedules, editorial schedules

● Finding vendors and freelance personnel when needed

● Work with Azzy to ensure profitability and consistency. Including budget approvals, cash flow reconciliation, and final cost reports

● Lead all branded and paid activations, hitting all timelines.

● Ensure productions run smoothly, meet deadlines, and stay within budget

● Collaborate with internal teams (including Post) and external production team to lock schedules and deliver

on schedule

● Troubleshoot and communicate all production changes to internal and external teams

● Keep the culture thriving, make sure employees are happy, well rounded, professional.
