Freelance Videographer in Vancouver

Hello

I am a licensed Real Estate Agent and I am going to produce related educational content (like courses, short interviews, etc.) for First-time Home buyers (primarily for Persian Community). I am looking for a great videographer to help me achieve my goals.

IMPORTANT: The candidate must be proficient at Farsi (Persian) & English.

Videography (80%):
• Top notch storytelling, writing and editing skills.
• Perform any indoor (like sit-down interviews) or outdoor operations including shooting, lighting, and equipment, plan and organize photoshoots.
• Capture and create compelling multimedia content for marketing videos, external promotional social videos, recruiting videos, corporate training, internal company announcement videos and other company-wide projects.
• Script, storyboard, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for each project.
• Edit footage in post-production.

Photography (20%):
• Capture and create on-brand and compelling imagery to help sell our products in advertising, signage, emails, social media, digital advertising, etc.
• Retouch and edit raw images from photoshoots.
• Develop templating systems, with proper file set-up and creation, to streamline production processes.

Technical Skills
• Experience creating, optimizing, and distributing content on various platforms
• Proficient Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, Photoshop and Lightroom knowledge
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret the briefing process to ensure creative execution meets and exceeds the business needs.

Soft Skills
• Detail-oriented with a positive team spirit — you are comfortable providing and receiving constructive feedback to help improve the design process and finished product
• Critical thinker and problem solver — always prioritizing the customer experience and ready to take on new challenges

Additional Notes:

1- Basic equipment will be provided (2 Canon 70D, lighting equipment, microphones, etc.)

* 8 hours per day (Expect to work more if needed)
Salary: $25 per hour
