Job Description:

High-impact, hyper-organized and fast-paced digital video producer who will assist the team in growing the business with several key accounts. This will be a core team member focusing one of our major accounts.

He/she will take multiple client meetings per day with brand clients, write proposals, & budget/scope video projects – i.e. taking ownership of a complex, fast-paced & creative process to wrangle incoming business. This producer will also, of course, produce projects. The prototype is an experienced client-facing producer, a superb listener and someone who can quickly recommend video strategies to turn ideas into projects. We need a video ninja who can get it done.

Specific partner and project responsibilities to be determined on a case by case basis by Senior Executive Producer. The position will participate in a variety of activities related to the intake, scoping and management / production of video projects with the primary goals being to ensure 1) the best possible quality of the content output, 2) growing client relationships 3) the timely completion of projects, 4) effective management of production budget and 5) utilizing technology to achieve scale of the business.

Full time salaried StudioNow position with benefits, in Atlanta.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Intake – owning the video “client intake” process, discussing project briefs, and connecting the dots to help get greenlight on projects.
  • Understand and predict video production scope and budgeting so as to properly align concepts, ideas, and programs with expected or required budget parameters. This understanding should extend to all aspects and executions of video production from nimble production to network television including scripting, casting, art direction, talent direction, location scouting, wardrobe, hair & makeup, on-location or in-studio production.
  • Actively lead and manage the production of video projects and ensure their timely delivery including:
  • Creative development & concepting
  • Scope & budget definition
  • Pre-production materials
  • Select and engage production teams / resources Manage the production team (which may include other SN FTE’s) o Manage the production budget
  • Client management and expectation setting
  • Producing on location, in studio, in Atlanta
  • Quality Assurance
  • Oversee post-production and final delivery
  • Actively interact with the customer to ensure that the customer’s creative vision is realized in the projects being produced and to manage expectations.
  • Continually push to raise the bar for the quality and production value of the content that Coca-Cola and StudioNow produces
  • Continually seek creative and innovative ways to produce innovative video content for the key accounts while maximizing available budgets
  • Follow standard review process and quality assurance process for all video projects
  • Resolve elevated/prolonged customer service/production issues

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY

  • Passion.
  • Applicants MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience working in film & video production and/or post-production (this is not a first job out of school).
  • Links to work / content created (reel, case studies, etc) and a strong creative track record.
  • Four-year university degree required.
