Experteer Overview In this role you will craft and realize creative video concepts for Deloitte’s GPS-focused Studio, turning visions into visual stories. You’ll contribute to post-production and on-set activities, collaborating with diverse directors and teams to meet tight timelines. You help shape the creative vision through storyboards, shot lists, and graphics, while exploring future-focused techniques like virtual production. This is a hands-on position at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and client impact, within a market-leading professional services environment. Compensation / Benefits • Create and refine visuals from concept to final edit • Develop storyboards, shot lists, and graphic elements to support storytelling • Operate cinema cameras, set lighting, and manage on-set sound or assist crew as needed • Edit in post-production using Premiere, After Effects, and Blender to craft compelling narratives • Collaborate with directors, clients, and crew across diverse backgrounds to meet timelines • Support pre-production with executable ideas and contribute to the project’s creative vision • Produce custom animations and graphics to enhance storytelling • Contribute to on-set roles across small crews and adapt to varying responsibilities Tasks • Bachelor’s Degree in Filmmaking or related field • 3+ years of pre- and post-production experience including camera operation and editing with Premiere • 1+ years of experience with cinema cameras, supports, and movements • 1+ years experience on small crews and on-set roles • Ability to travel 20-50% • Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements •
