Video Production Assistant

Digital Minds, an award-winning social media agency and the #1 influencer agency in Greece is looking for a Video Production Assistant to join its production team.

The Video Production Assistant will provide administrative and organizational support to senior production staff before, during, and after video productions. This is a hands-on support role that involves both on-set assistance and general office duties, contributing to the smooth execution of the entire production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a general assistant under the direction of the Producer and other production staff to ensure the smooth running of productions.

• Assist in preparing the set, including lighting, props, and equipment.

• Support costume designers, directors, camera operators, and other crew members.

• Act as a runner, distributing messages, equipment, or items across departments.

• Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones and handling paperwork.

• Run production-related errands as assigned.

• Assist with on-set catering and logistics.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment under tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Valid driver’s license with confident driving skills.

• Adaptability, enthusiasm, determination, and a proactive mindset.

• Basic knowledge of video production terminology.

• Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
