Job Title: Guest Experience Team Member (Dreamwalk Park)
Location: In Person · Part-time & Full-time Positions Available

Pay: $11 – $13.50 per hour

Dreamwalk Park is a live, walk-through sci-fi fantasy experience where guests explore alien realms, uncover galactic secrets, and meet characters from other worlds. From the moment a visitor arrives to the moment they leave, every interaction matters, and that’s where you come in.

We’re hiring Guest Experience Team Members who are passionate about performance, customer service, and helping guests have an unforgettable adventure. Whether you’re greeting guests at the front gates, playing a role deep in the park, or helping someone find the perfect souvenir, you’ll be a key part of our living story.

Your Role Might Include:

• Greeting guests outside the park with a warm, engaging presence, and encouraging ticket sales with genuine enthusiasm.
• Selling tickets, memberships, and add-ons at the box office using our point-of-sale system.
• Guiding guests through check-in and answering questions about the experience.
• Playing in-park characters (aliens, scientists, guardians, etc.) in costume improvising interactions and staying true to Dreamwalk lore.
• Performing in scripted scenes, walk-around interactions, and spontaneous encounters.
• Working in the gift shop to assist with purchases, returns, and merchandise questions.
• Recommending immersive tools (like Decoder Wands and Portal Passes) and explaining how they enhance gameplay.
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests of all ages.
• Occasionally combining performance with customer service, for example, delivering themed greetings or light roleplay in entry zones.

You Are:

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with strangers.
• A team player who can shift between performance and practical guest service roles.
• Great with families and kids, with a sense of fun and empathy.
• Comfortable in costume, makeup, or themed uniforms.
• Dependable, punctual, and open to flexible scheduling (weekends, evenings, holidays).
• Able to think quickly, stay in character, and solve problems on the fly.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Acting, improv, or immersive theater experience.
• Retail, box office, or guest services background.
• Knowledge or love of sci-fi/fantasy stories, games, or theme parks.
• Voice or movement training, including dance, stilt-walking, or physical theater.
• Bilingual abilities.

Shifts Available:

• 4-hour, 8-hour, day, evening, and weekend shifts available.
