YOUR ROLE

The Motion Graphics Editor is responsible for crafting creative templates with strong artistic and technical skills. This highly creative Editor can edit diverse styles including commercial spots, brand videos, animatics, web content, narrative, historical, motivational, documentary and training videos. Understanding of broadcast specifications for key regional and global markets would be useful, but not essential.

Implementing title changes, legal lines, cut downs and mid-level pack/label replacements to audio playback and knowledge quality checking their own work to a competent level.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Motion Design of templates that serve a Brand purpose and a Campaign objective, to ease the automated Adaptation process.
  • Demonstrate the technical and creative vision to collaborate with project teams, as well as work independently, to achieve the best possible results.
  • Be innovative while adhering to client brand guidelines — and when creating new campaigns.
  • Explore and apply AI tools to streamline video editing, subtitle generation, automated motion graphics, and multilingual adaptations.
  • Implement hybrid workflows that combine traditional post-production techniques with AI solutions to optimize time and resources.
  • Create Motion Graphics using After Effects and have clear interest in Animating in other Automation software.
  • Have an organized & clean mindset to order Comps and Asset Namings, following a modular tagging logic.
  • Editing with Premiere.
  • Execute compression and scratch track audio recording as needed.
  • Manage video project assets.
  • Improve working knowledge of other related post-production software.
  • Maintain quality control standards to ensure that all work meets the highest possible standards. Be meticulous when applying feedback to a list of assets and compromise with the quality of the output at scale.
  • Demonstrates ability to set priorities while handling multiple projects.
  • Continuously explores cutting-edge, current, and unique production processes/procedures.

Required Skills

  • 7-10 years’ experience editing and Motion Design.
  • Innovation is key in the role. Being flexible to use new tools and Start-ups. Being familiar with AI tools applied to video editing will be highly valued.
  • Be an expert in Premiere and skilled in After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator. Special focus in creating supertitles/motion graphics templates to automate technical and language variants.
  • Experience or interest in AI tools for video, animation, and motion graphics.
  • Other applications such as Mocha, PFTrack and Cinema4D an advantage.
  • Use of plug‑ins and CSV or Excel connections for feeding language copywriting or comps specs.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Effective independent problem solving.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a fast‑paced and deadline‑driven environment.
  • Advanced in English (C1).
