Position: Videographer & Video Editor

If you’re someone who sees the world in compositions, colours, lighting moods and pacing —
someone who looks at a scene and already imagines the cut —
we’d love for you to create with us.

What You’ll Do

 Capture

• Film performances, rehearsals, behind-the-scenes life and intimate creative sessions.
• Frame, light, and shoot with intention and narrative sensitivity.
• Be present during shoots — knowing when to step back, and when to move in closer.

✂️ Edit

• Cut videos for IG Reels / TikTok / YouTube / Campaign features.
• Craft pacing that matches emotion — not just beat drops.
• Colour grade to mood, tone and atmosphere — clean, soft, warm, cinematic.
• Add captions, text and light motion where it supports the story (not distracts from it).

 Create

• Propose content concepts, visual sequences, set-ups and shot ideas.
• Translate music and personality into visual identity.
• Work closely with artiste to shape their world, not just record it.

What We Look For

• A strong reel or portfolio that shows visual storytelling.
• Comfortable with DSLR / Mirrorless cameras, lighting basics, and stabilizers.
• Editing proficiency in Premiere Pro / DaVinci / Final Cut.
• You care about pacing, tone, texture, and feeling — not just flashy effects.
• You’re observant — you notice small things.
• You’re reliable — you follow through.

Bonus Points

• Experience shooting live music / concerts.
• Basic colour grading understanding.
• Understanding of short-form content culture (IG/TikTok timing, retention, hook structure).
• Photography skills welcome but not required.

Work Rhythm

• Weekdays primarily, but may happen evenings or weekends.
• Some days are chill edit days. Some days are shoot days with energy.
• We flow, but we deliver.
