You will be provided with challenging tasks, real-world experience, and many educational and social networking opportunities.This Spring Internship is from January 12, 19 or 26, 2026 through April 24th, 2026 (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work 10-29 hours/week, in person in the specified office location. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university interested in continuing their education through professional experience.Department Description:The Department is responsible for supporting the Production, Post production, Asset Management and delivery for LAT Am and US Hispanic ensuring all shows produced by Sony Pictures Television in Mexico and Colombia, are post produced and delivered to the clients with the highest quality standards and best practices of the TV industry creating successful long-term programsResponsibilities:Supports team in:
1- Creating links for final assets within Smartsheet for material located in final repositories. (Scenechronize, Runner, Sony Ci Media Cloud, SharePoint)
2- Generate and organize all applicable assets required for delivery into Connect System of all library and current LatAm OP titles, such as but not limited to stills, episodic photos, key arts, metadata.
3- Supports with data entry within LatAm Asset and Master Repository matrix via Smartsheet to keep it up to date
4- Flags upload, classification and file naming convention issues to team (as needed) to ensure proper clasification and archiving of final assets.
5- Update Asset matrix for all scripted and non-scripted assets with detailed description per item.Qualifications:1.-Impeccable attention to detail, as well as organization and follow up skills
2.- Strong ability to manage several projects, all in varying stages of the process
3.- Ability to analyze complex systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
4.- Flexible individual who is effective working in a team, as well as independently
5.- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications:1.-Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical information clearly to non-technical teams

3.- Knowledge of digital media assets and file formats require
