Our studios are considered one of the foremost motion picture and television production and post-production facilities in the world. They inform, engage, and transport audiences to new worlds. The key to that lies with our Studio Operations group, which includes areas like soundstage/backlot set rentals, events, design, culinary, construction, landscaping and much more. Whether it’s hosting an unforgettable studio tour, creating an optimal workspace, or equipping talent to tell the best stories, these teams lay the foundation for the memorable experiences we provide.
Your New Role
As the Senior People & Culture Partner for Retail, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience across Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter and associated UK retail locations.
This strategic and hands-on position supports our retail outlets, warehouse operations, and e-commerce, buying & design, and merchandising teams. You’ll work closely with Retail leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful people strategies, drive cultural initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Your Role Accountabilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to Retail leadership on all people-related matters.
- Build strong relationships across the Retail business to understand goals and deliver tailored people solutions.
- Lead and manage complex employee relations cases with a commercial and preventative approach.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Deliver key projects from the annual People Plan focused on culture, engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion.
- Adapt and implement the People Plan for Retail, ensuring effective communication and delivery.
- Support and embed inclusive practices across recruitment, onboarding, performance, and engagement.
- Coach managers in performance management, capability building, and inclusive leadership.
- Oversee recruitment processes and approvals in Workday, ensuring alignment with workforce planning.
- Champion onboarding and induction experiences that reflect our brand and values.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in a senior HR/People Partner role within a high-volume, customer-facing retail environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading a small team and driving results in a business area.
- Strong expertise in employee relations with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance.
- Experience managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification.

Hybrid Working – This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
