Main Responsibilities * Oversee all aspects of video content production, from acquisition to post-production, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of media assets. * Manage, organize, and tag video materials on servers, ensuring streamlined workflows and accessibility. * Perform on-set data wrangling, transcoding, syncing, and backing up footage to maintain media integrity. * Execute intermediate-level color grading and audio post-production to enhance the quality of video content. * Edit high-quality video content, maintaining consistency, creativity, and technical excellence. * Work closely with content editors, producers, and technical teams to optimize post-production pipelines. * Ensure media security, metadata integrity, and adherence to best practices in file management and storage. Requirements * Minimum 5 years of experience in post-production and video editing, with a strong background in DIT workflows. * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, and DaVinci Resolve. * Strong knowledge of digital imaging workflows, media backup strategies, and file management systems. * Familiarity with high-end camera formats, codecs, and transcoding processes. * Excellent metadata tagging and media tracking skills to ensure efficiency in post-production. * Strong video editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and high-quality content. * Proactive and flexible approach to troubleshooting technical issues in fast-paced environments. * Ability to work under pressure, manage large volumes of media, and meet tight deadlines. * Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate effectively across departments. * Proficiency in English and Sapnish is required. * Interest in sports content and storytelling is a plus.
