eCommerce Nurse is a growth & marketing agency that helps vendors and sellers grow their business and maximise their sales potential on Amazon, TikTok and beyond.

We’re looking for confident, creative, and camera-ready individuals who enjoy being in front of the lens and who have well barbered hair!

We want to build a diverse team of creators to showcase hair and grooming products that cater to different styles, hair types, and life stages. Whether you have a fade, undercut, a bowl cut or a slicked back bun, we want to hear from you! Experience in content creation is a plus but not a must! As long as you’re comfortable posing with different products, sharing your honest thoughts on camera, and have a passion for grooming and self-care, you’ll fit right in!

Responsibilities:

• Following a creative brief and set of instructions, you will be required to model and film content for the purpose of brand promotion across social media platforms operated by both eCommerce Nurse and its clients. The type of content creation we assign you and the frequency will depend on your experience and demographic.
• You will be required to deliver content within the specified deadline in order to be successful in this role.
• You will need to be highly responsive, have great communication skills and build a relationship of reliability and trust with us to be successful in this role.
• You will be required to manage tasks through our project management tool. (Uploading finished content, reviewing briefs and communicating with the team).

Requirements:

• Confident, outgoing personality with an interest in grooming and hair care.
• A can-do attitude and a highly responsive style of working and communication.
• Ability to adapt to different filming scenarios and creative directions.
• Experience in using social media, especially TikTok and Instagram, is preferred.
• There is no requirement to post any content on your own personal platforms.

Other information:

• Ad-hoc Freelance agreement only.
• Shoot regularity will depend on model suitability versus the agency needs.
• A responsive and dedicated freelancer who delivers quality content on time will naturally be given more opportunities.
• Hours required will vary and there is no guarantee of hours.
• Rate is £15 per hour.
• You will be required to invoice at the end of the month for work completed during that month.

IMPORTANT: To apply for this role you will be required to share a video (e.g., tutorial, product routine, showcase content etc.). We need to see how you present yourself, your actual voice on camera (not a voiceover) in order for us to review your content style and your suitability for the products.
