Production Assistant

• Assist in the preparation and organization of production materials and schedules.
• Coordinate logistics, including transportation and equipment rentals for shoots.
• Help set up and dismantle production equipment on site before and after filming.
• Maintain communication between production teams, talent, and crew members throughout the process.
• Ensure that all necessary supplies and props are available and in good condition for each shoot.
• Document and track production progress, including daily call sheets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production, film, or television is a plus but not required.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with team members and collaborators.
• Basic knowledge of production equipment and software is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take direction from senior staff.
