We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of our production process. You will work closely with the production team, assisting with the coordination of schedules, equipment, and resource management to ensure smooth operations.Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and organization of production materials and schedules.
- Coordinate logistics, including transportation and equipment rentals for shoots.
- Help set up and dismantle production equipment on site before and after filming.
- Maintain communication between production teams, talent, and crew members throughout the process.
- Ensure that all necessary supplies and props are available and in good condition for each shoot.
- Document and track production progress, including daily call sheets and schedules.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in production, film, or television is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with team members and collaborators.
- Basic knowledge of production equipment and software is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take direction from senior staff.
