ABOUT THE ROLE
As Videographer & Content Creator, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging, high-performing video content for Tide’s key marketing platforms — including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Meta platforms.
You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to concept, shoot, edit, and deliver content that drives engagement, reach, and brand affinity.Importantly, you’ll also work with the marketing team to analyse what’s performing well and adapt your content approach accordingly.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that suits someone who thrives on creating compelling video content that connects with audiences in fresh and innovative ways.
Some of the responsibilities in this role would be as follows:
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content tailored for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Meta platforms.
- Work with the wider marketing team to align video content with campaign objectives, product launches, and brand storytelling.
- Continuously review content performance and adapt creative output based on audience insights, trends, and platform best practices.
- Ensure Tide’s visual identity and tone of voice are consistently represented across all content.
- Manage end-to-end video production — from storyboarding and filming to editing and post-production.
- Keep up-to-date with content trends, formats, and platform updates to ensure Tide stays relevant and competitive.
- Collaborate with in-house designers, copywriters, and external partners where required to deliver integrated creative.
- Work at pace and balance multiple projects to meet deadlines in a scale-up environment.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years’ experience as a videographer or content creator, ideally with both shooting and editing experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling and platform-specific content (YouTube, TikTok, Meta platforms essential).
- Proven ability to adapt and optimise content based on performance data and audience feedback.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment; B2B experience is beneficial, but a strong B2C creative mindset is essential.
- Confident in managing end-to-end production: camera operation, lighting, sound, editing, and post-production.
- Skilled in relevant editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects).
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing and creative teams.
- Based in the UK.
