Videographer Needed

I’m looking for someone who’s ambitious and passionate about content creation. I’m not looking to pay for the most fancy videos. That’s not the point. I run a business that is a cash machine, I want someone that fits in my chain of operations. If you have editing skills that can potentially beneficial but it is not necessary. I need someone that can take really good photos and replicate popular reels that are trending online. You won’t need to think of any ideas, but someone that is interested in content creation will grow the most while working with me in comparison to someone who’s looking to just pick up a camera for money. I will only pick and choose someone that I believe will grow with me.
