**Hello!** At **Itnig**, we believe that entrepreneurs with scalable, product driven-growth businesses are the key to changing the world. Since 2009, we’ve managed to create a group of tech companies, such as Factorial and Camaloon, that still co-exist in our offices. But during the last years, we began to focus on making other startups and founders grow with an early-stage investment fund, a coworking space, and a niche media outlet on Youtube that brings knowledge through live events and a weekly podcast about startups and businesses. We want to make our media outlet grow, and that’s where YOU come in. **What we hope you’ll learn to master** – Setting up equipment for use during podcast recording and live events. – Post-Production workflow: audio mixing, video editing, color grading, publishing. – Documenting Itnig’s weekly highlights through audiovisuals for future use. – Share your creative and aesthetic view with the team to help produce new forms of content related to business and tech. – Interacting with the people in our ecosystem to create networking useful for interviews and events. **What we expect from you**: – You are studying a degree related to Audiovisual Production, Communications, or Media. – You know how to use Adobe Media Products (Premiere, Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) or other types of editing software (DaVinci Resolve, Reaper, Avid Media Composer, etc.). – Fast learner, passionate about investigating things you don’t know or understand. – You can’t stand still, always thinking new ambitious ideas. – Able to work in a team, capable of receiving and giving constant direct feedback. – You move in spaces of the audiovisual field beyond the classroom (freelancing, personal projects, creative groups.) **Not required, but we’ll definitely take into account** – Knowledge of startups, businesses, and technology. – Writing experience. **What can we offer you?** ️ Start date: September.️️️️️️️️️️️️️️️ Location: Poblenou (Barcelona area) Free Syra Coffee and special food discounts.
