About the Role: We need a creative video editor who can turn raw content into gripping, story-like reels that feel suspenseful, engaging, and binge-worthy. You’ll use our raw footage, stock clips, and AI-generated visuals to build mini crime-thriller stories that stop the scroll. If you love mixing editing skills with storytelling, this role is for you. Responsibilities: Edit raw content into high-retention reels for Instagram/Facebook. Create suspenseful story-driven reels using stock footage and AI images when needed. Add sound effects, text overlays, captions, and background scores to boost engagement. Experiment with pacing, transitions, and narrative flow to keep viewers hooked. Work closely with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and offers. Adapt quickly to feedback and bring fresh creative ideas to the table. Requirements: Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar). Strong creative sense of storytelling, pacing, and suspense. Familiarity with stock footage libraries and AI image/video tools. Basic understanding of what sells in reels/short-form content (we’ll train you further). Unique, experimental mindset with a knack for grabbing attention. Bonus Points if you: Have edited content for storytelling, entertainment, or e-commerce brands.
