Key Responsibilities
Videography:
- Shoot high-quality video content for campaigns, ads, interviews, and events.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and sound equipment to professional standards.
Video Editing:
- Edit footage into polished final outputs (ads, reels, documentaries, explainer videos).
- Add graphics, subtitles, sound design, and motion elements where needed.
Creative Direction:
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and Marketing team to develop visual concepts
- Stay on top of trends (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels) and integrate them into projects.
Content Adaptation:
- Repurpose content for different platforms (social media, web, TV, presentations).
- Optimize video for engagement and audience attention.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a videographer and video editor.
- Strong portfolio of branded work, ads, or creative projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Skilled in camera operation, lighting setups, and sound recording.
- Creative thinker with strong storytelling ability.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Motion graphics / animation experience is a bonus.

- Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics, and timing.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Self-driven, organized, and collaborative.
