Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling, well-paced videos optimized for the channel’s target audience
2. Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, music, sound effects, and other creative elements
3. Ensure videos align with the brand’s tone, style, and content strategy
4. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop fresh video concepts
5. Manage projects and meet decided deadlines
6. Stay updated on YouTube trends, editing styles, and platform algorithms
7. Work towards creating a brand
8. Passionate about creating learning through either long-form or short-form content
9. Create interesting & clickable thumbnails
