A client with Kforce is seeking a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer to join their team in San Diego, CA.

The candidate will spearhead video editing and motion graphics projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and craft visually impactful content for diverse platforms.

We are seeking a talented Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to conceptualize and deliver compelling, high-quality video content that captivates audiences and drives engagement.
Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality video content through advanced editing and motion graphics design
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and develop cohesive visual narratives
* Manage deadlines, deliverables, and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
* Stay informed on emerging trends and technologies in video editing and motion graphics
* Develop storyboards to plan narrative arcs and visualize concepts
* Collaborate with writers to align visuals with scriptwriting principles for seamless storytelling
Requirements
* 8-10 years of professional experience in video editing (Premiere, Final Cut) and motion graphics design (After Effects)
* Proficiency in AI image generation tools and experience with AI video creation workflows
* Strong knowledge of video file management, including formats, codecs, naming conventions, archiving, and conversions
* Expertise in tools like Premiere, Final Cut, After Effects, Figma, Frame.io, Photoshop, Google Vids, and Google Suite
* Excellent collaboration skills paired with strong organizational abilities to manage projects efficiently
* Storyboarding expertise for pre-production planning
* Solid understanding of narrative arcs, story outlines, and scriptwriting fundamentals
Nice-to-Haves:
* Experience with film production processes, including camera operation, lighting design, sound recording, and sound editing
* Skills in photography, videography, drone operation, and project management
* Familiarity with AI tools like Sora, Hailuo, Sora/ChatGPT, Google VEO3, and Hugging Face F5 – TTS
