JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
You’ll be editing short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. We’ll provide the footage, brand guidelines, and creative direction – you bring it to life with your editing skills and storytelling.
This role is paid per clip at $20 USD each, with a minimum of 12 clips per week required. Must be available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern Time.

Responsibilities
– Edit raw footage into engaging, polished short-form videos
– Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, and effects
– Repurpose long-form content into short, scroll-stopping clips
– Follow brand guidelines and meet brand quality standards
– Stay available and responsive during US hours for revisions/feedback
– Deliver a consistent output of at least 12 clips/week

Qualifications
– Must use Adobe Premiere Pro (No CapCut or mobile editors)
– 2+ years of video editing experience
– Strong grasp of pacing, storytelling, and social media trends
– Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects a plus)
– Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
– Excellent communication skills in English
– Able to work full-time, US hours (9 AM – 5 PM Eastern Time)

Pay & Workload
– $20 USD per clip
– Minimum 12 clips/week required (more work available)
– Paid weekly via PayPal or Wise
– Full-time, long-term position
