JOB OVERVIEW

Hey everyone. I’m looking to hire a video editor that can help me with a lot of different types of editing. Here’s a quick rundown:

I film every week for multiple different companies. That means Facebook for products, social media giveaways, brand deals, YouTube vlogs and more. My issue is that I’m running out of time to handle all the editing on my own. I’m looking for someone to work alongside me to help handle some of the editing.

SKILLS NEEDED:
Edit short-form vertical content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
Understand storytelling and attention holding editing techniques
Add sound design, color grading, and music

PLEASE SEND ME:
Your portfolio of previous video work
Your familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a bonus)
Proof of your creative eye for pacing, music, and storytelling

BONUS:
Knowing how to edit in After Effects is a HUGE bonus for me. I would like the videos for my clients to be as high end as possible and knowing how to spice up the edits in your own way is essential. Also understanding social media trends and humor ads a ton value!

This is a growing position so please do not apply if you are looking for short term work. I would like someone willing to learn and adapt to new ways of editing as they go. I have 5+ years of editing experience in many different areas of video and will be here to help teach when needed.

I’d prefer to do a trial run with several applicants. I’m willing to pay a flat rate for a sample video. After that we can negotiate a monthly rate!
