SUMMARY/OBJECTIVEThe Videographer will ideally be someone that is creative, motivated, and has minimal professional experience but a strong passion for storytelling through video. The Videographer will be responsible for capturing, editing, and delivering engaging video content that supports marketing, branding, and communication efforts. The position will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to bring concepts to life across digital and traditional platforms.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Video Production
  • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
  • Set up and break down equipment for on-site and studio shoots.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to storyboard and plan shoots.
  • Editing & Post-Production
  • Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard software.
  • Add graphics, text overlays, music, and sound effects as needed.
  • Ensure color correction, audio balancing, and smooth transitions.
  • Content Development
  • Assist in brainstorming and developing video concepts aligned with brand goals.
  • Research trends to ensure video content is modern and relevant.
  • Asset Management
  • Organize and archive video files for easy retrieval.
  • Maintain consistent naming conventions and project documentation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with marketing to deliver videos optimized for web, social media, and events.
  • Support photo and media projects as needed.
  • Deliverables
  • Short-form videos for social media (15–90 seconds, vertical and square formats).
  • Long-form promotional or training videos (2–10 minutes).
  • Event recap highlight reels.
  • Product/service feature videos.
  • Branded motion graphics and animated lower-thirds.
  • Raw footage properly organized and archived for future use.
  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio recording.
  • Familiarity with video editing software.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity.
  • Ability to take direction and work independently on projects.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in video production.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Editing Software
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Final Cut Pro X (Mac users)
  • DaVinci Resolve (for color grading)
  • Motion Graphics & Design
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
  • We have a full studio with multiple cameras and lights at your disposal. All tools are available to elevate your success.
  • Lavalier and shotgun microphones

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCERequired:

  • Associate’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of professional videography experience (internships and freelance projects welcome).

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in film, Media, Communications, or related field
