JUNIOR – VIDEOGRAPHER

About the role

Sunway Lagoon Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and motivated Junior Videographer to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for capturing and producing high-quality video content to showcase the exciting attractions and experiences offered at our renowned theme park in Bandar Sunway, Selangor.

What you’ll be doing

1. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to plan, film, and edit engaging video content for a variety of platforms, including social media, website, and promotional materials

2. Operate and maintain video equipment, such as cameras, lighting, and audio gear, to ensure high-quality footage

3. Edit and post-produce video content, including colour grading, sound mixing, and special effects

4. Assist in the implementation of the overall video marketing strategy to support the company’s objectives

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our video content

What we’re looking for

1. Diploma or Degree in cinematography, videography, or a related field

2. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the entertainment or tourism industry

3. Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

4. Strong creative and storytelling abilities, with a keen eye for visual composition and aesthetics

5. Excellent technical skills in operating various video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear

6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project requirements

7. Passionate about creating engaging and visually appealing video content
