Job Description:

The Role

We’re looking for a creative and ambitious Videographer & Content Creator to help build the personal brand of a high-profile UK entrepreneur. Having successfully scaled and exited a business for eight figures, they’re now focused on sharing their journey, insights, and ideas with a wider audience. This role is all about capturing that story and bringing it to life on social media.

You’ll be responsible for filming, editing, and producing engaging content designed for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. From documenting behind-the-scenes moments to creating polished, narrative-driven short-form videos, your work will play a key role in building a powerful online presence.

This is a hands-on role that blends creativity with storytelling – perfect for someone who knows how to make content that cuts through, connects, and grows an audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for social platforms.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage of day-to-day activities, events, and projects.
  • Work closely with the entrepreneur to shape a content strategy that reflects their personality and journey.
  • Produce content optimised for short-form platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) as well as longer-form storytelling where relevant.
  • Keep up to date with social trends and translate them into creative, on-brand content ideas.
  • Manage content workflow, from planning to publishing, ensuring consistency and quality.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience creating social-first video content, with a portfolio of short-form and/or branded storytelling work.
  • Strong filming and editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).
  • A storyteller’s eye — able to spot moments, craft narratives, and make content people want to share.
  • Good understanding of social platforms and what makes content perform.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working closely with an individual client.
  • Organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
