We’re Hiring: Videographer
Hunter Gather + Gather Property is seeking a full-time creative videographer to capture and produce high-quality property and lifestyle content across Brisbane and Southeast Queensland. This role blends real estate videography with storytelling, delivering short-form, story-driven content that showcases the properties we buy, the stories of our clients, the moments we create, and the communities we work in.
About the Role
You’ll help tell the Hunter Gather + Gather Property story through video, photography, and digital content. From property tours and agent-led stories to client journeys, moments of celebration, and community highlights, you’ll create content that captures not just what we do, but why we do it.
What You’ll Do
Capture & Create
-
Film property tours, lifestyle content, client stories, and team moments.

Operate drones to capture aerial perspectives of homes and neighbourhoods.

Photograph properties, people, and communities.
-
Produce short-form content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) that engages and inspires.

Edit in Premiere Pro (plus Cap Cut) or manage offshore editors.
Story & Campaign Support

Work closely with our Marketing Manager, Director and agents to bring creative ideas to life.

Lead shoots and contribute storytelling concepts.

Assist with content calendars, launches, and social media scheduling.
Asset Management

Maintain an organised media library.

Monitor content performance and help optimise based on engagement.
Travel & Field Work

Based in Hawthorne with frequent on-location shoots across Southeast QLD.
What We’re Looking For
-
Proven real estate videography experience.
-
Strong shooting, editing, and creative storytelling skills.

Skilled in short-form, social-first content creation.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop/Lightroom.
-
Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to lead on shoots.

Own transport + license.

Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends; creative, trend-conscious eye.
