We are looking for a talented Motion Designer & Video Editor to join our great team based in Barcelona and who supports our global clients, internationally renowned brands. **Responsibilities** Motion Graphics Design: – Develop captivating and innovative motion graphics for various projects. – Create visually appealing animations and effects to enhance video content. – Employ a distinctive approach in crafting engaging and shareable content specifically tailored for platforms like TikTok and Meta. Video Editing: – Edit and assemble raw footage to produce high-quality videos for a variety of platforms. – Ensure seamless transitions, pacing, and overall visual appeal in the final video products. – Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual narratives. Filmmaking: – Possess a meticulous eye for detail, especially when it comes to recording product content. – Ensure high-quality and visually appealing product recordings that showcase the features and benefits effectively. **Requirements**: **Requirements**: – 3+ years of experience as a Motion Graphics & Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of both motion graphics and video edition projects. – Experience working for social media platforms. – Develop creative proposals independently from initial concept to final execution. – Very good knowledge of animation techniques (including typographic animation, illustration & Motion Graphics) – Adaptability to different brand identities and target audiences. – Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro. – Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative ideas to the table. – Strong visual storytelling skills. – Proven experience in creative/advertising agencies. – Continuously explore and implement innovative design approaches to enhance the overall creative output. – Excellent communication and collaboration skills. – Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and deadlines. – Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. – Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field (ideal). **Languages** – English (mandatory) – Spanish (mandatory) – Any other language is a plus. **What we offer** – Flat hierarchy – Friendly, young and dynamic team – Family friendly company – Work equipment as needed for role – Functioning work-life balance.
