About the internship:

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Creating content by ideating, scripting, and editing 30 reels and 8 long-form videos per month.
2. Designing thumbnails for all videos and ensuring brand consistency.
3. Publishing short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X/Twitter, Facebook) as per the content calendar.
4. Managing social media by tracking engagement, suggesting improvements, and maintaining content quality.
5. Collaborating with the founder to brainstorm content ideas and execute them creatively.

• Stipend Structure:

  Fixed pay: ₹ 8,000 – 9,000 /month

  Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 – 1,500 /month
