About the job:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assemble, trim, and organize raw video and audio footage into cohesive content.
2. Collaborate with creative and production teams to understand project objectives and vision and edit videos for length, pacing, audio synchronization, and visual flow based on scripts or guidelines.
3. Add music, dialogues, voice-overs, graphics, effects, color grading, and titles as needed.
4. Implement feedback from directors or stakeholders, making revisions as necessary.
5. Ensure all videos conform to brand guidelines, logical sequence, and broadcast standards.
6. Export, compress, and deliver final videos for web, social media, and internal channels.
7. Manage file storage and backup of both raw and completed materials.
8. Keep up with current video trends and suggest creative ideas for ongoing projects.
