Turn livestreams and raw shoots into 10+ engaging short videos every day. Be the speed engine of Hoppi & Alcean’s content metric — delivering TikTok/IG/YouTube-native edits that drive awareness, engagement, and sales.

Responsibilities

Daily Editing

·       Cut livestream highlights into multiple short clips

·       Adapt raw shoots into TikTok/IG-native edits with strong hooks, pacing, and captions

·       Deliver content in vertical formats optimized for Reels, Shorts, and Ads

Creative Enhancement

·       Add subtitles, text overlays, graphics, memes, trending audios

·       Create multiple variations of the same footage (different hooks, captions, lengths)

·       Ensure edits reflect brand tone & guidelines

Collaboration

·       Work closely with Content Producer to manage daily priorities

·       Share feedback on footage needs to optimize future shoots

·       Collaborate with social media leads to adjust content based on market insights

Workflow & Speed

·       Maintain a structured asset library for quick retrieval and repurposing

·       Meet tight turnaround deadlines (same-day or next-day delivery)

·       Continuously adapt to TikTok/IG/YouTube trends

 Requirements

·       2–4 years editing social-first content

·       Strong portfolio of TikTok/IG Reels/YouTube Shorts

·       Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cap Cut

·       Fast, detail-oriented, and able to handle

high-volume editing
