Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Production Assistant to join our growing team at frntlne. This role is all about keeping our production engine running smoothly — from scheduling shoots and managing deadlines, to supporting producers and editors with workflow, quality control, and hands-on editing.
The Production Assistant will own our live production calendar, ensuring the production & team and wider business have real-time visibility on where every campaign is up to. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver projects on time and help the business scale.

Responsibilities

Manage and update the live production calendar so the business has full visibility of project timelines and capacity.

Assist the Production Director with scheduling shoots, coordinating talent, and liaising with internal and external teams.

Track deadlines and ensure workflows are moving smoothly across multiple projects.

Support the production team with preparing scripts, course outlines, and shoot documentation.

Help coordinate and brief talent, and assist with logistics on shoot days.

Attend client meetings with major brands, representing frntlne with professionalism and confidence.

Assist editors by preparing assets, reviewing drafts, and contributing directly to editing (Adobe Premiere Pro).

Upload courses into our platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency in a detailed, process-driven environment.

Conduct quality control checks at various stages of production and post-production.

Help maintain organised files, assets, and project documentation for easy access and future use.

Stay across trends in vertical video and social media-style content to support innovation.
Key Competencies

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro

Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal (essential for working with global brands like Google and Coca-Cola).

Strong project coordination ability; can juggle multiple deadlines without dropping the ball.

Familiarity with video production and editing workflows.

High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Proactive problem solver who keeps things moving.
Preferred Competencies

Experience in scheduling and/or project management tools.

Understanding of social media-style content and vertical video.

Exposure to scriptwriting, storyboarding, or graphic design (not essential)
