Photographer/Videographer – Community Event Coverage

Title: Videographer/Photographer Needed for Community Event CoverageEvent Date: Saturday, August 16, 2025

Time: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

Location: Pueblo, CO We are seeking a videographer/photographer to capture a community grand opening and open house event. Final deliverables will support post-event storytelling and marketing. Deliverables:

• 15 final photo selects highlighting key moments and visuals from the event
• 40 seconds of b-roll footage capturing general event atmosphere and engagement
• Up to 4 short soundbites from 1-2 informal, unscripted interviews with attendees

Key Visual Moments to Capture:

• Guests picking up produce at a free farmers market
• Community members participating in activities (e.g., games, family-friendly engagements)
• Visitors touring the new space and interacting with staff

Interview Details (Video):

• Short, casual interviews with 1-2 attendees sharing first impressions
• “Person-on-the-street” style (not formal sit-down interviews)
• Conducted outdoors, weather permitting
• On-site support will handle interview prompts and consent forms

Logistics & Requirements:

• Must be available on-site from 12 PM to 3 PM on August 16, 2025
• Must be able to deliver retouched photos and edited video clips by an agreed-upon deadline
• Mileage and equipment rental may be expensed, if needed
