Video Editor & Colorist

Salary: $3,800 – $5,500 / month

Elephant Media Pte Ltd is looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Video Editor & Colorist who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a strong eye for storytelling through color. If you love shaping emotions through visuals and are confident in DaVinci Resolve, we’d love to hear from you.

Our production team works with ARRI Alexa Mini and ARRI Alexa LF cameras paired with ARRI Signature Prime lenses. This gives you the rare opportunity to edit and color ARRIRAW footage — bringing out the legendary cinematic look trusted by top filmmakers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and post-produce videos with cinematic flair using industry-standard software

• Perform advanced color grading in DaVinci Resolve to enhance mood, atmosphere, and tone

• Select, sync, and arrange video, audio, and graphics into compelling narratives

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure the final output matches the creative vision

• Present work and communicate effectively with clients when required

• Troubleshoot technical and creative challenges while meeting deadlines

• Improve workflows to support the wider post-production pipeline

• Occasionally work overtime on weekdays/weekends to meet project needs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with DaVinci Resolve (Edit & Color pages – non-negotiable)

• Experience in shooting, editing, or compositing is a plus

• Strong interest in post-production, color theory, and cinematic storytelling

• Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail

• Good communication skills and a team player who takes feedback well

• Comfortable presenting to clients and representing the creative vision

• Familiarity with camera operation, lighting, or sound is an advantage

• Fresh graduates with strong portfolios and eagerness to grow are welcome to apply

Note: Shortlisted applicants may be asked to complete a DaVinci Resolve editing and color grading test as part of the selection process.
