You’ll be supported by a full marketing team providing a supportive and collaborative environment that ensures your content cuts through with cross-channel distribution.

WHO ARE YOU?

• You are confident and comfortable with using current and emerging digital imaging technology, techniques, methods, and formats.

• You use exceptional photographic & videography techniques, to produce varying effects and messages.

• You can easily implement the appropriate camera angles, picture composition, filtering, lighting, or other treatment necessary to produce the desired message or special effect.

• You are exceptional with the use of videography and photography equipment, tools, and supplies used in the taking, processing, enhancing, image correcting and printing of photographs and videos.

• You are very social media savvy and across current trends and direction of social media across all platforms.

• You have excellent people skills with the ability to liaise with multiple parties to achieve an outcome with many moving parts

• You are highly organised, with strong attention to detail and can multi-task

• You have knowledge of copyright regulations and privacy laws.

• You work well and creatively to deadlines.
   

THE ROLE

• Deliver high-quality, professional photography and videography service to our business and our large following.

• Produce still and video photography, image processing, video production and audio editing.

• Develop storyboards for more complex video production for development by other team members. 

• Manage assignments, from concept to completion cost-effectively and professionally. 

• Manage and deliver event or venue content, from filming through to the delivery of digital or printed output.

• Liaise with brand and professional partners, external content providers and influencers in relation to content creation, this will be done in conjunction with the Marketing Manager.

• Develop creative ideas in relation to content creation which is on-trend across various social media platforms.

• Support and enhance the effective promotion of our products, through the production of still and moving images, and in conjunction with managers across the business.

• Develop and manage effective digital workflow processes to maximise efficiency, client experience and cost-effectiveness. 

The position is located on the Gold Coast and travel to trade shows and other 4×4 events throughout the year will be necessary.  This is a dynamic working environment with the requirement to travel interstate on occasions.
