The GEAR UP for LIFE (Learning and Investigating Future Education) project is a partnership between the K20 Center for Educational and Community Renewal and 27 high-poverty, primarily rural schools across 22 Oklahoma districts. Our mission is to keep students engaged in learning, prepare them for life after high school, support on-time graduation, and ensure students and their families understand their post-secondary options and how to finance them.
We’re seeking a creative videographer to forward our impact by producing compelling video content that will inspire others to support and engage with our mission.

What you will do:
- Capture and edit video content, including filming interviews, events, and program activities to support K20 projects and initiatives.
- Manage production logistics, including coordinating shoots, equipment setup, and scheduling with stakeholders and talent.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members – working in a creative, feedback-driven environment alongside other artists and videographers.
- Create visually engaging content tailored to different audiences to support K20 Center projects.

Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Videography or related field, AND:
- 36 months experience as a videographer and editor.
Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree for a total of 84 months of related experience.
Certifications:
- Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License in order to drive University vehicles and to commute to location and transport equipment or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire date.
Skills:
- Expertise in capturing and editing video across multiple settings, including studio and field production.
- Strong visual storytelling ability to deliver compelling and engaging video content for diverse audiences and stakeholders.
- Project management and organizational skills.
