About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a creative, quick-thinking Video Editor & Content Creator who can turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content — fast. If you love making videos that people actually watch and share, and you thrive on producing content at scale, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Editing and producing 10–15 short-form videos per week for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Editing 5-10 long-form podcast videos per month for YouTube and other platforms
• Creating high-volume, quick-turnaround content that’s polished, engaging, and on-brand
• Collaborating with the marketing team to bring creative ideas to life
• Optimising all videos for maximum reach and engagement
• Staying ahead of social media video trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table

What You Bring

• 2–3+ years of experience in video editing/content production (agency or in-house)
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (or similar)
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality content at speed without sacrificing creativity
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and what drives engagement
• An eye for storytelling, pacing, and design
• The ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
