About the internship:

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create Instagram reels (mostly for caf s, lifestyle brands & entrepreneurs).
2. Create aesthetic thumbnails for optimum engagement and hook.
3. Stay updated on trending formats, audio, and social-first styles.
4. Organize and manage media assets and raw footage.
5. Adapt edits based on feedback and creative direction.

Stipend:

INR₹ 5,000 – 9,000 /month

Skills required:

Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, DaVinci Resolve and Capcut

Other Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut Pro, or similar editing software.

2. Understanding of social media video formats (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).

3. Ability to work with deadlines and quick turnarounds.

4. Prior internship experience is a plus.

5. Know what makes a viewer stay past 3 seconds.

6. Can work independently and bring creative suggestions to the table.

Additional information:

• Stipend Structure:

  Fixed pay: ₹ 4,000 – 7,000 /month

  Incentive pay: ₹ 1,000 – 2,000 /month
