The Job
La principal responsabilidad de la función es lograr alcanzar y superar los presupuestos de ventas asignados,  compromiso con la gestión diaria de la venta enfocada en el ecosistema de WBD y para esto debe tener buenas relaciones comerciales con los principales clientes del mercado y tener una capacidad de cierre de muy buen nivel.

The Daily – Major Activities

• Mantener relaciones existentes con clientes y agencias, como así también e importante, lograr la captación de nuevos anunciantes.
• Implementación y seguimiento de las campañas, manteniendo relaciones cordiales con los equipos internos y logrando optimizar su tiempo para atender cada requerimiento.
• Debe tener la capacidad de gestionar varios frentes al mismo tiempo, coordinar reuniones, atender clientes, atender reuniones internes y trabajar bajo presión.
• Habilidades creativas y númericas, debe ser capaz de entender no solo los términos comerciales sino saber desarrollar una estrategia basado en Trp´s, alcances, ECPM.

The Essentials

• Experiencia en gestión y desarrollo de estretegias diferenciadoras para clientes
• Amplio conocimiento y experiencia en medios (TV Abierta, TV Paga, Impresos, Digitales, Streaming, etc.) así como en la industria del entretenimiento y los deportes.
• Capacidad para trabajas bajo presión.
• Título o experiencia equivalente en ventas, marketing, comunicaciones (no excluyente, esto nos da espacios para buscar perfiles más amplios), y que cuente con conocimiento general del mercado local, jugadores (competidores) y clientes.
• Conocimiento en el área digital, tendencias, formas de venta y compra.

The Nice to Haves

• Conocimientos en tendencias de IA
• Buen speaker, capacidad de hacer presentaciones frente a públicos diversos y extensos
• Creatividad: aplica el pensamiento original o innovador para mejorar procesos, métodos, sistemas, productos o servicios
• Pensamiento crítico: utiliza la lógica y el razonamiento para identificar las fortalezas y debilidades de las soluciones alternativas, conclusiones, o enfoques de los problemas
• Orientación al Cliente: considera y satisface las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes internos y externos o de los clientes durante el desarrollo, producción, mercadeo, entrega y/o soporte de productos o servicios
• Integridad: las acciones reflejan valores y principios que distinguen el bien del mal
• Agilidad de aprendizaje: aprende rápidamente nuevos conocimientos o adquiere nuevas habilidades
