TCI Ninja Team (aka Events Team / Multimedia Production) is now on the lookout for a creative media solutionist to join the team as a Videographer / Events Producer. It’s an exciting opportunity with lots of different online and face to face event-based and marketing-based elements to work with; where the contribution and impact of your work will be very visible, very fast.

What you’re here to achieve:

1. Create inspiring, engaging video content that communicates our brand story and message

2. Collaborate closely with the industry-leading Events and Course Development team to create and follow through on student promises

3. Capture extraordinary life-changing experiences at live trainings and events

4. Find cost-effective cutting-edge live streaming technologies and online video solutions across web and social media platforms

5. End-to-end world-class production of multimedia-based online courses and programs
    

What we’re looking for:

• You are an experienced videographer with brilliant execution and the capacity to innovate ways to push technology and tell inspirational stories through video.

• You are a passionate overachiever in your personal and professional standards, especially when it comes to the quality of your work and the communication of the brand.

• You bring structured thinking and strategic understanding to editing, categorizing and presenting training content

• You have high attention to detail and relentlessly high standards in media production and organisation

• You are just as good on an iPhone, a GoPro, or a professional camera – nothing stands in your way of capturing experiences and telling a compelling story in the technological age.
   

What you bring:

• Qualification in related multimedia

• Commercial experience as a videographer / media coordinator. Live events and online learning experience a plus

• Experience in filming (camera operations and production setup) of all live trainings, interviews, documentary and events

• Extensive geek-level experience in a number of programs and applications from Adobe Premier, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, to Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, to Snapchat, Instagram and the next Periscope.

• Ability to project manage media production and video content delivery

• Ability to create and manage inventory of video assets to ensure all content is up-to-date

• Exceptional design and production of creative motion graphics and slide transitions (Adobe AfterEffects mandatory) on both Mac and PC.

• Strong understanding of marketing, branding and visual communication strategies.

• Knowledge and experience with Digital Marketing and Direct-Response Marketing is a MASSIVE advantage

• Able to produce jobs from concept through to viewer-ready videos on various web, social media and other online platforms

• Able to interpret and develop briefs into strong video communication solutions and manage numerous projects simultaneously

• Able to quickly learn and master new platforms and technologies

• High problem-solving skills and able to lead in uncertain situations

• Strong communication and leadership skills
