You will work with a team consisting of content strategists, creators, and producers, and to work closely with the wider PR and brand experience teams across both Red Havas nationally (we have offices in London and Manchester) and globally to create first class work for our clients.

Roles and responsibilities
Video Editing and Creative Output
Create and edit social content videos using Premiere Pro and have the ability to enhance your work with slick Motion Graphic Animations and/ or Overlays.
Demonstrate ability to create sophisticated, bespoke videos from supplied assets including sound design and/or colour grading
Ensure videos are engaging, visually appealing, and adhere to brand guidelines.
Supporting the creative and strategy teams with video editing and motion graphics to demonstrate ideas, building out content and key visuals
Creating content for use across social media platforms – owning the user experience while balancing creativity with effectiveness and translating storyboards/mock-ups into final edits
Ability to interpret a brief and give feedback on any issues that may arise throughout
Adapting existing client assets for use across social media platforms.
Animation:
Create dynamic animations for social media using Adobe After Effects.
Use motion graphics to enhance video content.
AI Integration:
Utilize AI tools and techniques to optimize video editing and animation processes.
Experiment with AI-driven solutions to integrate innovative elements into videos.
Content Production:
Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm and develop video concepts.
Stay updated with current social media trends, especially TikTok and Instagram, to create relevant content.
Give detailed notes when delivering content to ensure cohesion and clarity amongst stakeholders
Visual Storytelling:
Craft visually compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience.
Continuously improve storytelling techniques to maximize audience engagement.
Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines.
Provide creative input during post-production processes.
Focus on building an expertise – work closely with the creatives at all levels to develop your skill set.
Supporting the client’s other agencies (creative, media, PR etc.) with workflow where necessary.
Taking part in regular team brainstorms.
Supporting new business and agency promotion.
Quality Assurance:
Review and refine video content to ensure high-quality output.
Maintain consistency across all video projects.
Be familiar with the sizings and templates for content across various platforms
Playing an active role in team events and contributing to a culture of excellence.
Skills and capabilities
A creative thinker with a knack for digital, social, and multimedia storytelling.
Obsessed with Adobe Suite, Ai, Figma, and the tools you use to make magic.
A motion master: Strong skills in After Effects and video editing.
Meticulous with editing, ensuring all content is polished and professional.
Familiarity with current editing and design trends on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
Passionate, solutions-focused, and brimming with curiosity to learn and grow.
Awesome under pressure: Deadlines are part of the thrill!
