Job Overview:

We’re looking for a creative and performance-driven Video Editor with 5+ years of experience in affiliate and direct-response editing, especially in the beauty and e-commerce space. If you’re a master at crafting scroll-stopping creatives, writing high-converting hooks, and using AI tools like ElevenLabs, CapCut, Google Veo, and more.

Responsibilities:

● Edit high-converting short-form video content for paid ads, affiliate promos, and landing pages across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube

● Work with creative strategists or independently craft compelling scripts, hooks, and CTAs tailored to beauty and e-commerce audiences

● Leverage AItools like ElevenLabs (for voiceovers), Runway, Descript, ChatGPT, CapCut, and Google Veo to streamline storytelling and production

● Add captions, text overlays, product highlights, and conversion-focused motion graphics

● Edit in multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and adapt content for various placements

● Collaborate closely with media buyers to test creatives, analyze performance, and iterate fast

Requirements:

● 5+ years of experience editing videos for affiliate, DTC, or e-commerce brands

● Proven track record producing high-converting ad creatives, especially for beauty, skincare, or wellness brands

● Strong proficiency with tools like ElevenLabs, CapCut, Google Veo, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva/Figma, and ChatGPT

● Sharp understanding of sales psychology, visual storytelling, and marketing hooks

● Ability to write or refine scripts and UGC-style voiceovers

● Strong attention to detail and comfort working in fast-paced, feedback-heavy environments
