Proven portfolio of cinematic storytelling and branded content
Strong understanding of pace, rhythm, and narrative flow
Knowledge of social media trends and how to adapt edits to various platforms
Excellent sense of sound design and visual rhythm
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive to feedback
Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple deadlines
Fluent in English
Key Responsibilities
- Lead editing for high-end video projects : corporate films, commercials, social content, documentaries, and reels
- Collaborate with directors, creative teams, and clients from rough cut to final delivery
- Handle color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and transitions
- Maintain consistent visual and storytelling quality across projects
- Interpret briefs and take ownership of deadlines and revisions
- Stay updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and platform formats (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Manage and organize project files, backups, and post-production workflows
- Guide or supervise junior editors or freelancers when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in video editing, preferably in an agency or production house
Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro , with strong knowledge of After Effects , Audition , Photoshop , and DaVinci Resolve
