Job Overview

We are hiring a talented 3D Motion Designer & VFX Artist to craft engaging animations and eye-catching effects for our visual content. This remote role requires a blend of creativity, technical precision, and the ability to bring abstract ideas to life through 3D motion and visual effects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-impact 3D visuals and animations for multimedia, video, and branding projects.
• Design immersive scenes with animated characters, environments, and cinematic effects.
• Use both hand-drawn and digital illustration techniques to craft motion and VFX elements.
• Create visual concepts, design frames, and animated sequences based on briefs.
• Build and refine storyboards, motion comps, and animated layouts.
• Ensure final animations meet creative goals, timelines, and quality standards.

Core Skills & Competencies

• Strong imagination and storytelling sense through motion and design.
• In-depth knowledge of spatial design, camera movement, and visual pacing.
• Ability to work with various digital formats (video, web, social media, etc.).
• Hands-on expertise in tools like After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, and Photoshop.
• Experience with compositing, particle simulations, and dynamic VFX integration.
• Ability to receive and implement feedback in a fast-paced remote environment.

Education & Experience

• Associate degree in graphic or motion design required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in 3D animation, motion graphics, or VFX production.
• Portfolio demonstrating original work in motion design and visual effects is mandatory.
