About

Pixelworx is a social-first studio delivering scroll-stopping content shaped for how people engage today.

We help brands and agencies earn attention in the feed – fast, purposeful, and tuned into evolving audience habits.

But while our work is bold, our approach is not.

We’re the quietly confident experts: calm, collaborative, and intentional. We don’t need to shout about what we do. Our work speaks for itself. It reflects who we are: a team that cares deeply, works smartly, and builds lasting relationships through trust, consistency and creativity.

We operate as a fully remote, collaborative team, creating a dynamic and fast-paced environment to deliver unstoppable social-first content.

The Role

We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating social-first content across sports, podcasts, branded campaigns and social ads.

Working closely with the production team, you’ll bring creative briefs to life, meeting Pixelworx high standards for quality and storytelling.

This role is ideal for someone with strong editing skills and a passion for social-first content who thrives in a fast-paced creative studio.

Responsibilities

  • Edit video content for sports, podcasts, branded campaigns and social ads.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure alignment on project briefs and client expectations.
  • Implement feedback from clients and team members to refine and perfect edits.
  • Conduct quality control checks to maintain Pixelworx high standards across all content.
  • Manage multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines with efficiency and professionalism.

Skills and Experience Required

  • 3+ years in a video editing role, ideally with a social-first focus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience with social-first video content.
  • Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and best practices for different social platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Qualities

  • Creative storytelling skills and a keen eye for pacing and visual impact.
  • Passionate about social-first content and trends within the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborative work with the team.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment.

How We Work

Pixelworx is a fully remote creative studio, and our team members work from home across the UK. You must be comfortable with remote work and effective in a virtual setting. For filming days, we travel to set, with all business-related travel covered.

What We Offer

  • Strong personal development programme.
  • Enhanced sick absence policy
  • Enhanced maternity, parental, and parenthood policies.
  • Enhanced wellness policy
  • Perks and reward points to recognise contributions and celebrate successes.
