YouTube & Social Video Editor (Remote)

Create binge-worthy content that drives real growth

Were looking for a high-level video editor to join our content team and take ownership of editing long-form YouTube videos and repurposing them into engaging short-form content for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Think: Dan Martell style fast-paced, high-value, clean edits that hook viewers and drive retention.

We believe that high-quality content is one of the best ways to scale trust, impact, and revenue especially in the world of coaching, SaaS, and service-based businesses. Were not here to go viral for the sake of views, but to deliver real value to our audience and we need an editor who gets that.

You wont just be cutting clips youll help shape the messageelevate the content, and amplify the reach across channels.

  • Edit weekly YouTube videos (825 min), structured around business/entrepreneurial content
  • Repurpose long-form content into 35 short-form videos per episode for TikTok, Reels & YouTube Shorts
  • Repurpose content into social posts, blog snippets, or carousels (we’ll help with structure)
  • Add subtitles, B-roll, jump cuts, zooms, transitions, punchy captions you know the style
  • Upload, schedule, and manage content across YouTube, TikTok, IG, etc.
  • Keep an eye on trends and platform updates to optimize engagement and retention
  • Have 3+ years experience editing for YouTube or personal brands
  • Use tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut (or similar) with speed and precision
  • Understand hooks, storytelling, and short-form virality
  • Can match the brand tone and style without handholding
  • Work well asynchronously with tools like ClickUp or Trello
  • Are self-motivated, deadline-driven, and love creative ownership
  • Fast computer + reliable internet
  • Can deliver edits quickly
  • Strong English communication skills (written + verbal)
  • Motion graphics or light animation skills
  • You follow (and love) creators like Dan Martell, Alex Hormozi, Vanessa Lau, Ali Abdaal
  • You can craft titles, descriptions, or even thumbnails (not required, but a plus)
