About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate Videographer/Photographer to join our dynamic family-owned real estate agency in Brisbane. This is a hands-on, full-time role for someone with a creative eye for design, architecture, and storytelling through visuals.

You’ll spend your days in office and out on location, capturing the best angles of stunning properties and bringing them to life through high-quality photos and videos. Shoots are often timed around ideal lighting conditions, so flexibility is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture Stunning Visuals: Photograph and film both interiors and exteriors of residential and commercial properties.

• Master Light and Composition: Use natural light, angles, and composition to create eye-catching images and videos.

• Creative Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit property videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.

• Showcase Our Brand: Create engaging content for social media, including Reels, YouTube videos, and agent profiles.

• Maintain Visual Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with our brand style and quality standards.

• Travel to Locations: Visit properties across Brisbane for on-site shoots (own transport required).

What We’re Looking For:

Passion for Property: You love capturing the beauty of spaces and telling their story.
Creative Eye: Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and angles.
Video Editing Skills: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (experience with After Effects is a bonus).
Photography Expertise: Confident using professional camera equipment (DSLR or mirrorless).
Drone Skills: Experience with drone photography and videography is a bonus.
Reliability and Initiative: Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Own Equipment: Professional camera, lenses, tripod, and accessories.
Flexibility: Available to shoot at various times based on lighting conditions.
