The Role

We’re on the hunt for a reliable and experienced Product Photographer/Videographer who can hit the ground running. You’ll be an essential part of our creative team, producing stunning visual content for packaging, e-commerce, print, web, and various online digital platforms and beyond. You’ll collaborate closely with brand managers, graphic designers, and marketing ninjas to capture the essence of our products in a way that’s both beautiful and on-brand.

What You’ll Do

• Primarily photograph a wide range of kitchenware and cookware products in our in-house studio and award-winning purpose-built showroom and kitchen.

• Occasionally create short form video content in how to use products, unboxing, short promotional reels and behind the scenes vignette’s suitable for websites and social media.

• Create imagery for packaging, websites, e-commerce (including Amazon), print catalogues and marketing and advertising collateral. Your imagery will highlight unique product features, textures, and details to demonstrate quality and appeal.

• Edit stills and moving image with precision and creativity using Capture One and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects).

• Work hands-on with the following commercial studio equipment – Profoto flash units, Sony camera systems, Mac operating systems, industry grip gear and light modifiers.

• Work closely under supervision with the different departments of the business to uphold and align visual assets with numerous brand identities, product launches and digital marketing strategies.

• Day to day support of studio operations taking direction from the Head of Photography.

• Help streamline production processes, improve workflows, and maintain high standards in everything you create.

You Bring

• A tertiary education in photography/content creation or similar or comparative industry training with a minimum of 3 years experience in a commercial studio photographer role, preferably within product photography in the kitchen and homewares sectors.

• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, colour theory, and branding in a commercial context.

• Good technical knowledge and use of commercial studio equipment and Sony full frame mirrorless cameras.

• A deep understanding of flash and natural lighting, studio operations, commercial photography practices and production values.

• Intermediate image editing skills in the use of Capture One, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Proficiency in Capture One tethering; setting up, controlling cameras and basic image editing and review on the fly.

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.

• Love of all thing’s product—you’re a visual product storyteller at heart!

• Strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in studio lighting, product styling, and high end retouching.
