We are looking for a talented Photographer/Videographer to join our team and bring our brands to life through captivating visual content.

Job Summary:

The Photographer/Videographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality images and videos that highlight the unique elements and experiences of Synthesis, MamaDiam, and Lou Shang. This role involves working closely with the marketing team to produce engaging content that supports our promotional and branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Capture and produce high-quality photos and videos that showcase the distinct characteristics and experiences of Synthesis, MamaDiam, and Lou Shang. Ensure all content aligns with each brand’s unique identity.
• Creative Direction: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for photo and video shoots. Translate brand messaging into visually compelling content.
• Editing and Post-Production: Edit and retouch photos and videos to meet brand standards and ensure they are ready for use across various marketing channels, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.
• Brand Representation: Ensure visual content accurately represents the brands’ identities and supports the overall marketing strategy.
• Event Coverage: Document special events, promotions, and new menu launches. Capture the atmosphere and key moments to create engaging content that highlights the brands’ offerings.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to integrate visual content into marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive and effective brand messaging.
• Equipment Management: Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment, ensuring everything is in good working condition and up-to-date.
• Trend Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and visual content best practices to keep the brands’ visuals fresh and engaging.
• Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks related to content creation and marketing support as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a photographer/videographer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in photography and videography equipment, as well as editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong creative vision and understanding of visual storytelling and branding.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, for event coverage.
• Experience in the F&B industry or with similar brand identities is a plus.
